RAAC

Lightweight, high-performance material for faster, efficient construction.

How AAC is made?

AAC is made by aerating and autoclaving a cement-based mix into lightweight blocks.

Precast Concrete

Durable and precise, built for seamless structural integration.

Dry Mix Mortar

High-bond ready mix for AAC construction and finishing applications.

Building Smarter, Faster, and Greener

At Hebel RAAC USA, we’re transforming American construction with reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), a next-generation material that delivers faster build times, lighter structures, and high energy efficiency. With 30+ years of U.S. design and construction experience including 20 years working with AAC we help developers and contractors achieve consistent quality, cost control, and long-term performance. In partnership with Xella Group, the originator of the Hebel brand, we bring proven European AAC innovation to the U.S. market with unmatched precision and expertise.

Our engineering expertise has advanced AAC construction beyond Xella’s original guidelines, starting with four-story buildings in 2007 and progressing to five- and six-story structures by 2013–2017 through proprietary design and reinforcement methods that enable taller AAC development. Today, we continue refining this technology to support six-story and higher buildings, with patents in progress to secure our innovations. As our state-of-the-art Texas manufacturing plant nears completion, we supply high-quality AAC panels and blocks through a certified partner network, all tested and approved by ICC and other U.S. standards bodies ensuring consistent availability, proven compliance, and reliable performance nationwide.

Multi-story Buildings

AAC offers lightweight strength and fast installation cutting costs and enabling safer, more sustainable multistory construction, making it a top choice for modern high-rise development.

Industrial

AAC’s lightweight strength, fire resistance, and insulation make it ideal for warehouses cutting costs, reducing structural load, and ensuring safer, more energy-efficient industrial buildings.

Boundary Walls

AAC boundary walls are lightweight, durable, and quick to build, providing strong security. They also offer superior insulation, fire resistance, and long-lasting, low-maintenance performance.

Warehouses

AAC’s lightweight strength, fire resistance, and insulation make it ideal for warehouses cutting costs, reducing structural load, and ensuring safer, more energy-efficient warehouse buildings.

Residential & Housing

AAC makes homes stronger, more energy-efficient, and faster to build, offering great insulation and comfort. It’s fire-resistant, pest-proof, and eco-friendly for long-lasting, healthier living.

Renovation

AAC is lightweight, strong, and easy to install, enhancing insulation, safety, and durability in renovations. making old buildings more comfortable and energy-efficient.

Why Work With Us

future focused, customer-driven construction

building uS future with AAC innovation.

Future of Sustainable Construction

Building a Low-Carbon Future

Hebel RAAC systems are engineered to significantly reduce environmental impact by lowering embodied carbon, enhancing thermal performance, and supporting LEED-certified building standards. Our materials help reduce energy consumption over a building’s lifetime, contributing to healthier, more sustainable communities.

We believe the future of construction must be both high-performance and planet-friendly delivering stronger, safer structures while protecting the environment for generations to come.
